Kajen 4, Liljeholmskajen

This eye-catching building located just by the waterfront in Stockholm, was designed by the Swedish agency Wingårdh architects. With its 24 floors and its black facade it really catches the attention with its specially designed balconies reaching out and around the corners of the building. 

Kajen 4 is a low-energy consumption house with an innovative heating / ventilation system.

The building was voted to be Building of the Year by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in 2015, for its aesthetic design with incorporated enviromental advantages and offering a new place for meetings amongst the citizens of Stockholm.
