Elite Hotel Mimer, Umeå

One of Umeås most iconic buildings was transformed from an old school into a high-end hotel during 2016-2017. The Mimer Hotel is a Four-star facility that holds 139 rooms, restaurant and bar, conference and gym. This old building was originally built in 1900 bur has seen more that fair share of renovations and extensions during the years, but when the contractor Selberg was awarded the contract, it was of highest concern to restore the old Gothic style but including a more modern approach within the building.  

Scanspac delivered a complete system of ready-mixed fillers and corner beads.
